Who we are
We are an independent, non-denominational neighborhood church on the east side of Des Moines. Come as you are to worship, serve, and grow in your knowledge and love of Jesus.
Eastview Church began on March 1, 2026. We meet at 4101 East 42nd Street in Des Moines.
Some of us have followed Jesus for fifty years. Some of us walked in for the first time last month. Both belong here. Through the week the building holds a potluck Bible study and other gatherings, and the doors are open to everyone.
Our co-pastors
Co-Pastors Marcy Stone and Doug Stone lead Eastview Church. They teach the Bible in plain words, and they would be glad to meet you on a Sunday.
What we believe
We believe the Bible is the word of God. We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He died for our sins and rose again. Anyone who trusts in Him is forgiven and made new.
We believe church is people, not a building. We meet to worship God, learn the Bible, and care for one another and our neighbors.
